Process engineering
Technical feasibility, mass and energy balances, PFD, P&ID, equipment specification and operating philosophy.
Industrial capabilities
An integrated approach to develop industrializable, maintainable projects adapted to operating conditions. The scope can be a component, a modular system or a complete installation.
Disciplines
Technical feasibility, mass and energy balances, PFD, P&ID, equipment specification and operating philosophy.
Design of reactors, structures, feeding systems, conveyors and auxiliary equipment.
Fabrication, assembly and inspection of industrial equipment and components to project specifications.
Condensers, heat exchange, fraction separation, scrubbing and gas stream treatment.
Sensors, valves, panels, PLC/SCADA and variable monitoring, integrated with PyroTrack.
Installation, testing, start-up, functional validation and training of operating teams.
Engineering deliverables
Feedstock characterization, technology selection, preliminary balance, investment estimate.
PFD, mass and energy balances, equipment list, layout, control philosophy, utility requirements.
P&ID, fabrication drawings, specifications, control logic, inspection and test plan.
Start-up procedures, operation and maintenance manuals, test records and training.
Modularity
Plants are split into prefabricated, shop-tested modules to shorten on-site installation. Capacity can be expanded in stages as feedstock volume grows.
Quality and safety
Each project is designed to the applicable codes for vessels, structures, electrical systems and emissions in the installation country, with process hazard analysis and an inspection and test plan.
Projects and proposals
With the material type, available volume and location we prepare a preliminary technical assessment and the plant scope.
